Can't access clipart online in Office 2007

We got new computers on our school network, and have XP and Office 2007. We
do not have the option to access Clip art online from the clip art menu. The
menu option is "greyed out". The internet connection is fine, we can access
them on the Microsoft website, but I've got a school full of teachers that
really need to have the shortcut to access them from the clip art menu. I
have made sure the trust settings are set correctly. I see that this is a
common problem, but I have tried everything I have read in other posts and
STILL can't get there.

AHA! This was a network issue for us, not a Microsoft one - so this one is
resolved.
