Resizing the image without cropping will
distort it.
If you download and install the following free
software it has an option that will allow you to
crop the image to the size you require
FastStone Image Viewer
http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm
After you install the program...select the image
you wish to resize / crop and type X to open
the Crop Board.
