Hey Stan, Open the Control Panel, Systems folder, Hardware Tab, Device Manager
Button.
Expand Display Adapter. This will tell you what display card you have. For
Example, it could be Nvidia, ATI or some other. The web site you want to visit
is the manufacturer listed. The manufacturer will have a download option.
It is the same for your printer. Look in the Printer folder for your model
printer, browse to the web site and look around for a current driver.
It you are not sure about all this, post your graphics card name and printer
model name and I will look for you. There are times when the graphics are
integrated on the mother board.

Post by Stan CThe both of you sound right, unfortunately I do not understand what to do or
where to go to get help. Do I have to reinstall my printer driver for
wordArt?. I already attempt to repair my original Window XP driver.

Post by Mary SauerAre you having problems with other graphics? Is your video/graphics driver
current? Might want to check with the manufacturer's web site for an updated
driver.

Post by Stan CI just reloaded Window Media Player. It may be related or not, but now when
I attempt to use WordArt in powerpoint it takes longer than usual, about 30
second just to open or select a font. Why?
