When this user click Insert | Picture | Clip Art -- much of the clip art
will not display. Eventually an error comes up that says dglasset.aspx.
When you try to insert one of these images, all you get is this error written
out. These are MS default clip art images, not downloaded images.

This happened to this user about a month ago but cleared up on its own. The
MS KB says to delete temporary internet files, which we've done several times
without help. Can anyone offer any help? User needs to use this clip art.
Thanks!

Compact the Organizer. Open the Organizer from the start menu, Microsoft Office
Tools, when the Organizer opens, Tools, compact.
If this does not help, your Organizer maybe damaged.
Change the Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old. It is in a folder (hidden) similar to
this:
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
or
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (Vista)
