place flashing clip art in a doc so that it continues to flash?

I am trying to placing flashing clip art from the on-line clip art site to a
document.
Once I copy and paste, the clip art stops flashing. How can I get it to
continue after I paste it?

Are you using Word? Animation only happens in HTML. If you save your document as
a web page the animation will work when you preview.
