I just switched from Vista to Window XP, but I really miss the Snipping Tool
on Vista. Now that I have Windows XP, how can I obtain this tool for my
laptop. I also use Office 2007 if that makes any difference.

You might try Snagit. It is a wonderful capture program. There is a 30 day
trial.
