Clip Organizer Cannot Complete the Operation Error code 0x80040154

Hi,

I got this error while trying to download clip art for my office,
I tried to install MDAC and to run Ole32.dll-but it didnt help!
do you have another suggestions to solve my problem???

**I have winxp_pro+office 2003 (sp3)

When you say "tried" did you install the MDAC components or not? Did you have
success registering the OLE32.dll?

Run the MDAC component checker, you might have mismatched components or
corrupted components.
