Clip Art as a Watermark on Labels

I've selected 4 pieces from the MS clip art file and would ultimately like to
use 1 as a watermark on my labels.

The look I'm shooting for is for the clip art to cover the label in the
background and in faded color then have my text "pop" on top.

Is this possible? If so, I'm looking forward to how to get it accomplished
as soon as possible. Perhaps what I want, won't be a watermark at all - HELP
!!!
