clip inserting as plain white box

When inserting jpg. clips from clip organizer, the clips paste in as a white
box. Up until March 12th, I never ever had a problem. On that day, for some
reason the problem started. I emptied my internet temp files already and
that didn't help. I get no error message.

Do you have the same problem if you download the clip and insert into your
document? Is your video driver current?
Compact your Organizer. Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office tools,
when the Organizer opens, tools, compact.

You can change the catalog file, could be the Organizer is corrupt. Do you have
the same problem with other formats such as .wmf?

This is a hidden folder:
C://Documents and Settings/<<user name>>/Application Data/Microsoft/Clip
Organizer
Change the name Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old The Organizer will create a new
catalog the next time you open it. You will lose any custom keywords.
