I'm helping with formatting a film script which will be available for sale.
On the cover, I'd like to use the Microsoft Office Online clipart of a movie
theater (File name j0399275.jpg), slightly cropped and with a photo overlaid
on the blank screen. Can I do that?

I don't think I see any language that says I can't do that in this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/permissions/default.mspx
In fact, this language seems to allow it, under 14. Materials that Microsoft
Licenses to You. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx

It seems to me that older replies (2005-06) were more supportive of
commercial uses, as long as one had a valid license to Office and the clipart
was not the primary value of the end product. Recent replies seem to just
provide the above link, with no clear answer.

Any input will be appreciated!

All the various EULA's are confusing. This one is Publisher's. It seems clear
enough. Pay close attention to section 1.5
