I have been in contact with Microsoft people three times today on their phone
line and have received three different answers. OOne said to read the
following information, one said yes you can and the other said yes but refer
to website.

I have the the Microsoft License Terms 2007 in front of me b MEDIA Elements
and Templates.

End-User license agreement for microsaft software 1.5....you may copy and
modify tge media elements, and license, display and distribute them

For clarification
I am able to use clipart from Microsoft Office online in a brochure for our
non profit agency. I just would like to have a straight answer so I know
what my next step is. I don't want to risk getting in trouble for using the
free clipart.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to getting a yes or a no.

I work for a non-profit (Cooperative Extension) and I use and modify clip
art found at Microsoft all the time. My understanding it is free to use
without credit necessary. Some of the clip art has restricted resolution and
you have to buy to get the higher end, but most of the clip art is freely
used by other non profits all the time.
