Clip Art Error Codes 0X8004022D and 0X800706BE

Each time I attempt to access clip art, in Word 2007, this system requests i
go to the tool menu and select compact. I attempted to do this and received
the following error codes: 0X8004022D and 0X800706BE. What is the problem
and solution?

software.
