I am supporting two computer user who each are using XP and Office 2003.

Regardless of the application (Word, Publisher, Power Point) they are
getting different results when they click on Insert | Picture | Clip Art

When one user types something like "waterfall" in the "search for" box, she
gets oodles of images to choose from. When the other user does the same
thing, she gets "no results found." Sometime, my second user will get one
or two images, but nothing compared to the number of images my first user
gets.

Is there some setting I have missed on the second user's system???

Hi BK

In the clipart taskpane click on the drop down arrow below 'Search in:' and
make sure 'everywhere' is ticked - it sounds like olne user is searching the
MS website and the other isn't.

Thanks for responding. Both users have checked "all collections"
(everywhere) for the "search in" option, and they have both checked "all
media types" for the "results should be" option.

Other suggestions???

Could be a firewall issue or an ActiveX issue. Clearing the temporary cache can
help in some instances. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.

Check to see if your ActiveX control is enabled. In Internet Explorer, Tools,
Manage Add-ons,
Expand Show to: *Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer* Scroll down
to Microsoft Office Template and Media Control. Enable it if it isn't already.
