Windows installer starts everytime I try to insert clipart

Everytime I try to insert clipart into any office application the Windows
installer starts up but never ever finishes installing whatever it's looking
for. When I cancel it, the office application crashes.

I tried repairing Office 2007 and even installing the Clip Organizer
application from the Setup (that said it was successful), but that didn't
solve the problem.

Any suggestions?
