Downloading problem - err code 0x8000000A

I am using winxp and office 2007. i trid downloading some clip art images
from microsoft website. I am able to select the Clipart images, but when i
hit download & the Clipart organiser opens & i get a error message "the data
required to complete this operation is not available. error code 0x8000000A"
then i am not able to download anything.

Any help is most welcome

I have no clue but I did find this on a Microsoft forum

This is a generic error code when we get an error from the JET database. Are you
low on diskspace? Stopping and restarting the service should make this error go
away.

I'd do some disk clean-up, maybe clear your Internet Temporary cache. Update
your Jet Pack

i have around 150+GB free, i tried restarting the computer, i cleanedup the
internet Cache, still i am getting the err msg.
