I have windows XP 2002 home edition with service pak 2 and use to be able to
download clip art, but now I cannot. I constantly get a windo that says I
need to enable cookies, which I have done along with the folloiwng; I have
added the site to my acceptable websites, I have lowered the security on my
interet options, I have turned off my firewall, spywear, etc. I have tried
everything that I have seen on this site and some other sites as well. I
would appreciate any help.

You have emptied your temporary cache?

Can you accept the ActiveX control? Is it enabled in the Add-ins. (Internet
Explorer, tools, manage add-ins)

activeX is enabled. My wife called microsoft and was told that our version
of windows XP was no linger compitable with clip art. I belive this
information is incorrect, but I thoought I would pass it along. Any other
thoughts on what I may need to do? Thanks.

I have Windows XP with the Organizer, it works just fine. Did you compact the
Organizer, open the Organizer from start, Microsoft Office Tools, when the
Organizer opens, tools, compact. You could do a "detect and repair" from the
Help menu.
That said...
You say you have tried everything on this and other forums, does that include
renaming the Mstore10.mgc file to Mstore10.old?
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C:\Documents & Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

OK, looks like I missed some of these tips from other replies. However, I am
not sure how to do any of these things and would apreciate any help that you
can offer. I looked in micrsoft office tools from the start menu and did not
see the organizer? I also looked for a way to run the detect and repair on
the help menu and once again could not find anything. Then I did a file
search including hidden files and could not find a file called Mstore10.mgc.
Again, any help would be appreciated

Joe, What Office applications do you have? If you have none then you cannot use
the Office clipart site. If you have an older version of Office then you would
have the Gallery. If you have Works I'm not sure you can use the Online clipart
at all.

What version Office are you using? If it is 2000 or below you maybe still using
the Gallery. If you are re-register the file. Also the Gallery has its own help
files, there are troubleshooting steps you can try.

Find ARTGALRY.EXE, double-click the file.
It is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY
