Why does Word crash when I try to insert clip art?

Every time I try to insert clip art, it says Microsoft Word is encountering a
problem and closes it. I have downloaded all updates and restarted. This
problem has been occurring for weeks. Thanks!!!

Check out your graphics/video driver, it may need upgrading. Go to the
manufacturer's web site and look around.
Emptying your temporary cache might help, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.
