After many successful clip art downloads over a period of time (months), I
now get the following message: "Windows cannot access the specified device,
path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the
item." I have deleted temporary internet files.

Put Office in your trusted sites.
In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, Security tab. Highlight the
Trusted sites, click the sites button.
Uncheck *Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone*
Type http://office.microsoft.com in the address bar, click add.

Can you accept the ActiveX control? On the Clip Art and Media Homepage, on the
left pane, click *ActiveX control for Office Online.*
