Missing on-line clip gallery link

I used to have a link at the bottom of the Clip Art task pane, down there
with "Organize clips..." and "Tips for finding clips" that would take me
directly to the Microsoft On-line Clip Gallery. It disappeared some time ago
and I can't figure out how to get it back. It was very convenient.

The Organizer has the Online link in the tools menu. The online option is on the
Gallery's toolbar.
Maybe you are thinking of Works, I have no idea about it.
