no items in downloads when there are = what gives?

I was looking up 'daisy' in for a graphic and got quite a few. downloaded 60
of them and went back for a few more for additional selection. now the
downloads will not let me download any. it states there are 'no downloads in
the basket'. Any suggestion except not to select so many? I already have
come to that conclusion. This is a rather large project.

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete, delete files.

It use to be you could download 120 clips or 3.5 MB. I don't know if that has
changed.
