Can I convert a png to a reusable clipart in Windows XP Pro?

Not sure I know what you mean. The extension .png can only be edited in a
Paint/Photo program. You can adjust the size and contrast/brightness in Office
programs. Only vectors can be ungrouped and changed completely. (.wmf, .emf,
.cdr, others)
