How can I troubleshoot interface error when downloading clip art?

I am attempting to download clip art from the website for a training
presentation. I have downloaded the active x control but it keeps giving me
an interface not valid error when the clip manager appears. I've even looked
to see if I need to install the clip manager but nothing so far. Has anyone
else experienced this? If so, how to does one go about troubleshooting it?
