For some reason, when I try to copy clip art, it's not doing anything. Prior
to that, I wasn't getting a copy button, but deleted temp files and then got
it back. However, when I agreed to the active x thing, I said don't show
again and now I can't copy anything.

Is it wanting to send me back to the license agreement, but since I said not
to, I can no longer copy any clip art? If so, what can I do to remedy this?

Thank you.

Did you also delete the cookies? When you say the copy button, are you referring
to the third button under the images?

The ActiveX control is here
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/axinstall.aspx?

OK, I installed the active x license thing and now I no longer see a copy
button. :(

I'm referring to the 3rd icon below the image. Only two show now, excluding
the copy icon.

Any idea why that is? I never had an issue before but just recently had to
reinstall windows.

Maybe by putting the Office site into your trusted site area might make a
difference.
In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Security tab.

High-light Trusted sites, click the Sites button. Uncheck *Require server
verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.*
Type
http://office.microsoft.com in the address bar, click add.

Can you copy successfully from other web sites?
