I recently changed from Clip Art Gallery to Clip Art Organizer and am having
trouble finding previously downloaded clip art. I tried creating a catalog
by choosing folders and haven't been successful. I don't want to catalog
anything but the downloaded clips and those installed with the programs, and
right now the catalog shows a lot of collections I don't want and deleting
them doesn't seem to take them out of the list of collections available. I'd
like to know A) how to completely delete the catalog and start over fresh and
B) how to catalog just the Office clip art and the downloaded clips. I'd be
happy to go back to Gallery if that would solve the problem.

Thanks -

Carla

Find Mstore10.mgc and rename it Mstore10.old. This will force the Organizer to
create a new catalog.
It is in a folder similar to this: (hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\<<your name>>\Application Data/Microsoft\Clip
Organizer

Open the Organizer from start, Microsoft Office Tools, when the Organizer opens,
File, Add clip clips to Organizer, on my own.
