Power Point application freezes when the user tries to insert an clip art.
And it's user speicific. Other users log on and open clip art without any
problems. I tried to recreate mstore10.mgc file ( which was not there) by
opening Clip Art Organizer but it didn't create the file after I open the
Organizer. I tried remove and reinstall Office 2003 under the user's logon.
I rename the user's profile and recretae. All didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

The Mstore10.mgc file is in a hidden folder similar to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Rename the file to Mstore10.old.
Have you checked the user's graphic driver? Many times a program will freeze
when the graphics driver needs upgrading.
