saving modified clipart to organizer

i want to save modified clipart to clip organizer in word 2007. i would also
like to know, if anyone can help, how to save grouped objects, also modified,
to the clip organizer. this is driving me crazy and i have been at it for
days. if anyone out there can help me i will be over the moon. thanks guys.

What have you tried? What application are you using for your modifications? Are
you exporting the modified clipart to a folder; letting the Organizer find it in
the folder?
If you are using Word you probably cannot save the grouped objects. You can
extract the picture from Word,
