How do I transfer data in Clip Organizer to another computer?

I have assigned keywords to many of my photos which are on my laptop. Very
soon, I will be changing laptops. How do I transfer the data to my other
computer.

This article talks about sharing the Organizer on a network, but it works the
same if you were to copy it all to your laptop via a removable disk of some
sort.
