Hello

I know this is an age old post but I want to be sure that I am not
infringing Microsoft's or anybody else's copyright.

I intend to use 3 or 4 photos from the Microsoft clipart gallery on my
company website, I am the owner of a small consultancy firm and the photo's
will be to advertise my company only, they will not be sold or re-distributed
as part of any product.

I will probably wish to crop, re-colour the photo's etc to suit

I have read details at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx which
seems to suggest I am OK to do this but would prefer someone to say yes thats
fine, if I need to list which photo's I want to use and apply for their use I
am happy to do so if somebody can tell me how to do to apply

Kind Regards and Thnaks In Advance

We can't give legal advice. We can only suggest your reading the licenses
carefully and use your best judgment. There is another EULA here
