getting message trying to download clip art

happens at the end of download process, I am using publisher 98 (i know
antique) xp pro sp 3 on p4 box
Using IE 7.0.5730.13 w/ DSL connection. I did this like a month ago without
issue.

Your cache is probably full. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete, delete files. You might need to compact the Gallery. Right-click any
image in the catalogue, click recover.

The Gallery has its own help files, there are troubleshooting steps you can
follow if the above doesn't help. Pay particular attention to re-registering
ARTGALRY.EXE.
