animated clipart doesn't move

I used to be able to paste clipart but I got a new computer. Using Outlook
2003. What do I need to do to have my clipart "dance"?

I have MS Office 2007 and I have the same problem. I checked and the document
is set up as HTML but the picture still does not dance. I notice however that
if I send it to my hotmail account, the picture embedded in the message
received in Hotmail dances ok. It just doesn't dance in Outlook or for that
matter in Excel. Any suggestions?
