I have stored a lot of clip art -- all from microsoft -- on one of my
computers ... and want to delete a lot of it ... to make room for more and
better that is now available. I keep reading that I have to remove what I
don't want by using the same program I downloaded it with ... well, it was
automatic from the microsoft website to my harddrive ... I don't know what
program it used... how do I find out? Are there instructions somewhere
available for one to follow?

You can expand the drop down on any clip and click Delete from Organizer. If you
display the clips as a list you can delete many at a time by holding shift and
selecting (consecutive) clips or press ctrl and select nonconsecutive clips.

All the downloaded clips are in a folder in your My Pictures folder named
Microsoft Clip Organizer.

If you rename the Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old, you can refresh your Organizer.
You will lose all your custom keywords however.

The Mstore10.mgc file is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
(XP)
or
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (Vista)
