I see yellow X on my download clip art ?

I cant find the files ..where are they ..HELP PLEASE ...

An yellow x means the clip is unavailable (this may mean that you are
disconnected from the source of the clip, such as the Web or your company's
server).

I just figured this out !
1. open clip art
2. right click on any clip art picture.
3. click on preview/properties " you will notice a bigger picture of your
clip art with a yellow X in the corner, in the preview/properties tab.
4. click the refresh button
5. a second screen will appear telling you its trying to locate the file
WAIT it may take a minute or so..do not click the browse or cancel button let
it finish.
6. when the screen disappears you will notice that in your
"preview/properties" screen the picture NO longer has an X click the close
button.
all of your clip art pictures have been restored again.
I have no idea why this happens i hope I have made sense to what I have
written and this is what I did to resolve the problem Microsoft 2007 home and
student edition.
