Microsoft Picture It! 2002

I'm getting this error; Runtime Error! Program: c:\program files\microsoft
pictures it! 2002\pip.exe abnormal program termination.

as soon as I click OK it cancel the program off. I have never had a problem
with this program till I had to get a new harddrive.

I try to create a new project and it will go to my pictures. I will get all
my pictures on the screen and I will click the one I want to edit. I would
then click Open. I would get the error from above.

I have uninstall it and then reinstall it .. Please help.. Doing a big
project on the genealogy.
