Clip Art- Can I use them on t-shirts to sell as a hobby/at a marke

I am cutting out designs for kids Tee's and want to use/base some designs on
some clip art in Microsoft Word. Is this legal?

In one answer I have seen, it says 'can not use as main product' but I am
using the tee shirt as the main product. in another,it says you may not use
it to sell??
