When I try to download clip art from the microsoft website, I never get the
clip art. It asks me if I want to download "Clipart.mpf" so I hit "Open". It
downloads and then Clip Organizer opens, but nothing is there. I don't have
any Collections and when I go to My Pictures there is not a folder called
"Microsoft Clip Organizer". I thought one was suppose to be created. Any
ideas?? Thanks

Empty your temporary cache and try again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.
The Microsoft Clip Organizer in My Pictures is a folder that holds your
downloaded clips. The clips cannot open and go into your Organizer if your
temporary cache is full.

I tried that. Still doesn't work. When I open Clip Organizer and try to add a
file manually, it says that the file was not successfully imported. It does
not give an error message. I've also searched for the file MStore but it does
not appear to exist. Thanks!

Windows XP?
The Mstore10.mgc in a folder similar to this: (hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\>>user name<<\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip
Organizer.

Vista
C:\Users\>>user name<<\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Are you sure you installed the Organizer when you installed your Office
application?

Office 2007 was installed when we got the machine. However, I reinstalled
Clip Organizer from cd and I still do not have the Clip Organizer folder
within Application Data. The Clip Organizer program opens, but I don't have
any catalogs and I can't import photos. I am on XP.

Here's what I had to do. I created the "Clip Organizer" folder in Application
Data->Microsoft. I then created an empty MStore10.mgc file. After opening
Clip Organizer, it told me that my file was corrupted beyond repair. I did a
detect and repair under the Help menu and it created a new mgc file. All is
working now. Its strange that I had to create the folder in Application Data
and the mgc file. Thanks Mary!

Hey Justin, I'm so glad you took it upon yourself to solve this. I will remember
your solution just in case someone else experiences the same errors.
Thanks for posting back, it is so appreciated.
