Clip Organiser has no clips, cannot download clips

Hi, when I go to Word and search for clip arts and click GO it does not
search, I just hear a beep.

Can anyone fix this? I have Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007

Empty your temporary cache and try again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.

I have re-installed my Microsoft Office, and it works.
