Move Clip art from one computer to another

I don't understand the part about make an indent in the monitor? Please see
below:
What exactly do I do. Idiot instructions please.

make a small indent into each monitor and then bring up the file page. the
files will automatically float through the gap in the monitor onto the other
monitor. not foolproof but it worked for me.

How do I move the clip art I have on one computer to my new computer? Is
there any way to copy what I have and transfer it?

Are your computers networked? Basically the poster is saying to drop and drag.
Otherwise burn the images on a CD or copy to a thumb drive and copy them to your
new computer.
