I've downloaded clip art files to my desktop, but when I try to open them in
word, each time there is an error message and they cannot download. How can
I import them? I use firefox as my internet.

Add the extension .cil to your files before opening (or when saving them to
disk or desktop). When you double click on the file, it will then load into
the 'Favorites' file in the Clip Gallery.

Thank you so much for this! All Mac users, FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES. Simply
adding the extension ".cil" and double-clicking will allow the clipart to
work!!
