What version Office do you have? If you have Office XP(2002) and above you will
have the Clip Organizer. It should come up when you click Insert, Picture,
ClipArt. Or Start, Microsoft Office Tools.

If you have early versions of Office the Clip Gallery will open when you Insert,
Picture, Clip Art.

I'm not sure I'm following your problem. Maybe you need to re-register the
Gallery. Find ARTGALRY.EXE, double-click the file, a dialogue will come up
saying Clip Gallery is now configured to run on you computer.
It is in a folder similar to this
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY

You can use the Clip Gallery as a standalone application.
Drag the CAG.EXE icon to the desk top or quick launch (same folder as above). You
cannot insert from it, but you can drag and drop. It might not be a bad idea to
compact the Gallery. Right-click any image in the catalog, click recover.

I want to use a clip art of a librarian. The picture is saved in the gallery
(WORD). I want to use the picture at another site but dont know how to get it
there. At the other site it says browse, but the only options for browsing
are for My Pictures or jpg. There's no option to select Microsoft clip art
pictures. Is there a way to get the librarian picture into My Pictures, or is
there any other way to get it to the site I want?

Can you go straight to the Office site, click the third icon (copy) and then
paste it into your program?
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/results.aspx?qu=librarian&sc=20

Can you accept the ActiveX control?

Have you deleted the files in your temporary folder? In Internet Explorer,
tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.

If you cannot get the clip, email me and I will email the clip to you.
