How do I troubleshoot Word Art colors?

Whenever I use Word Art, the colors do not appear on my monitor. How do I
troubleshoot this? Our MIS Helpdesk does not know how to do this also. PLS

What version Office?
Look at this third FAQ, it is Publisher specific but generally it is something
most Office products can benefit from.
