Clip organiser cannot complete the operation. Error code 0x80040E2

Every time i try and add clip art i get the error message "Clip organiser
cannot complete the operation. Error code 0x80040E21"

I have search all over the internet and tried the fixs that microsoft
recommend (MDAC version & registered Ole32.dll )

Still no joy can anyone help
