I have been using the same fax service since I had Windows Xp. When someone
faxes me the fax is converted to a .tiff file and emailed to me.

When I try to open or print the documents in Xp they look like a normal fax
on the screen and on paper.

Now that I have Vista the pages are not working properly. They look on the
screen and print weird. The print is spread out from right to left and
compressed from top to bottom.

I have tried to change from portrait to landscape.

Any ideas?

**To double check there had not been a change by my fax company I tried the
same fax on both Vista and XP computers. and it is working on the Xp computer.

Are you still getting the faxes by email? Have you tried viewing them in the
Microsoft Office Document Imaging program, running the OCR and sending the
results to Word?
