catastrophic failure error code 0x8000FFFF

I am getting an error message "catastrophic failure error code 0x8000FFF"
when I am downloading MS clipart from their website to "My
Collection-Microscope Clipart Organizer". How can I fix this problem? I am
using Office XP (2002) and I have SP 3 already installed? I tried to "Fix &
Repair" using the Clipart Organizer but that doesn't seem to work. I tried
reinstalling with my original disk, but that didn't work either.

This error is more an OS problem than an Office issue. Some folks have had the
error solved by updating their Java console.
