I have a hp 1500 printer I cannot print picture program will not .

I cannot get the program for the 1500hp all in one printer to lad. says it
is not compatible with the programs I am running. I can print words but not
pictures...WHY?

What is the full name of your printer?

Have you checked the HP site for a driver update?
