We're investigating the reports from some folks that have said they can no
longer see clipart. We haven't been able to reproduce the problems on our
computers, so we need some more help from you!
If you're having trouble seeing clipart on
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart, first please try to clear your Internet
cookies and cache with the following steps:
1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then click "Internet Options".
2. Click the "Delete Cookies" button and click "Ok" when asked if you want
to delete your cookies.
3. Click the "Delete Files" button and click "Ok" when asked if you want to
delete your Temporary Internet Files.
4. Open http://office.microsoft.com/clipart
5. Press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, click the View menu, and
click the "Refresh" item.
If these steps don't resolve the problem, can you please reply with the
following information:
1. Your version of Internet Explorer (click the Help menu in Internet
Explorer and click "About Internet Explorer." It will say something like
"Version: 6.0.3790.1830")
2. Your version of Windows (click Start > Settings > Control Panel > System.
It will be listed at the top of the page.)
3. Do you know if you have disabled JavaScript?
If you are having trouble with a non-IE browser, please provide the browser
name and version. It should be working in Opera, Firefox, and Safari as well
as IE.
